Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Most of what we create are limited edition items so it becomes difficult to exchange. Unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order we can not accept refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. We are unable to exchange items which have been worn due to health protection and hygiene reasons. To inquire about a return or exchange please contact us at support@upholdsociety.com and include your name, reason for exchange, proof of purchase, and size needed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CLAIMS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Claims must be made via email directly to support@upholdsociety.com Include your name, order number, date, and photos of the error if possible.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible!

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you've provided an incorrect address and would like your shipment to be corrected, this will be happily confirmed at your own expense. Please email us to discuss, as above.
